We aim to process orders within 24-72 hours for a speedy delivery experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we’ll make sure to keep you informed via email or phone.  Depending on your location, your package will be shipped and arrive at your doorstep within 2-21 days.

We strive to keep shipping as straightforward as possible. All shipping charges will be clearly laid out at checkout.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other exceptional circumstances.

Please note that The Aurai is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges incurred post-shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where packages are returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges.

If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture and email it to us at sales@theaurai.com immediately. We’re committed to resolving such issues swiftly and will replace damaged goods within days of receipt. Rest assured, if you need to make a return, our dedicated support team is here to assist you promptly and ensure a hassle-free experience, prioritizing your satisfaction.
